PROGRAMME 01 / ROLE REDESIGN

The work may be right. The container may be wrong.

Separate the role itself from the conditions around it: decision rights, visibility, pace, learning and the conversations you have postponed.

BEFORE THE ADVICE

We identify what kind of problem this actually is.

00:04

Role problem

The work is sound, but authority, scope or support is misaligned.

00:11

Environment problem

The system around the role conflicts with how you can do good work.

00:18

Direction problem

Your capability has grown beyond the outcomes the role can offer.

00:26

Capacity problem

The next decision must respect energy, care, money and time—not ignore them.

MENTORING STUDIO

No motivational monologue. A useful working conversation.

You bring the context, contradictions and constraints. We structure the question, challenge the story and decide what evidence would make the next step safer.

  • Listen for the signal. Name the recurring pattern underneath the latest frustration.
  • Pressure-test the story. Separate assumptions from market, role and life evidence.
  • Rehearse the move. Build the conversation, experiment or application you can actually run.

THE REAL-WORLD MIX

Your next role has to work off-air too.

Good career strategy includes money, energy, location, care, identity and risk. None of those are inconvenient footnotes.

01

Non-negotiables

Conditions a direction must respect from the beginning.

02

Useful tension

Trade-offs that are uncomfortable but may still be worth choosing.

03

Reversible tests

Small moves that produce evidence before a larger commitment.

DECISION REHEARSAL

Hear the move in your own voice.

A decision often changes when you have to explain it clearly: to a manager, a partner, a hiring lead—or to yourself six months from now.

01State the move without decoration.02Name what makes it worth the disruption.03Name the evidence that could change your mind.

LISTENER QUESTIONS

Before you book airtime.

Q01Can I come if I do not know what role I want?

Yes. The first task is to define the decision criteria and a small set of plausible directions—not force a job title too early.

Q02Will you rewrite my CV or LinkedIn profile?

The work starts upstream. We may clarify the evidence and positioning those materials need, but this is not a document-writing service.

Q03Do I have to leave before testing another field?

No. We prefer reversible experiments: conversations, scoped projects, observation, short learning loops and role-adjacent evidence.

Q04Is this useful if I am already senior?

Yes. Senior decisions often carry more constraints, identity and opportunity cost, which makes structured comparison especially useful.

Q05How many sessions will I need?

That depends on the question. The first conversation determines whether a single decision session or a short sequence is appropriate.

OPEN CHANNEL

Bring the messy version. Leave with the signal.

Tell us what is changing, what cannot change and what decision keeps returning. We will reply with a suitable first-conversation format.
