Introductory call
The initial conversation is free. If you cannot attend, please provide notice so the time can be released or rearranged.
Booked work
Paid coaching or mentoring begins only under a separate written agreement. That agreement controls milestones, notice periods, payment and cancellation terms.
Programme changes
If the decision, participants or agreed format changes materially, the scope may need to be revised. Work already completed remains payable under the agreement.
Refund review
Eligibility depends on the written agreement, completed work, reserved capacity and non-recoverable commitments. Professional work already delivered is not automatically refundable.
External costs
Third-party assessments, venue charges, software or other external costs may be non-refundable where the supplier does not return them.

Send the relevant reference and requested change to [email protected]. The applicable agreement will be reviewed before a response.
